We have assisted both large and small organisations in a wide range of HRD projects. These vary from large-scale initiatives on strategic and national policy-making level, through to short-term interventions that solve immediate problems hampering organisational effectiveness.
Our clients include private companies, business schools and other training providers, SAQA and the SETAs, government departments, offices of the provincial premiers, international donor organisations, NGOs and NPOs.
LPI was established in 1999 and was formally registered as a close corporation in 2002. It has a BBBEE Level 4 rating as a micro enterprise.
