Overview of Experience

•   17 years’ consulting experience gained through working on a wide range of projects funded by international development agencies, government departments/public entities and private companies. Project areas include small business development, local economic development, skills planning, conducting training needs analysis and skills audits, instructional and curriculum design, quality management systems, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment, and the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on skills and employment;
Extensive knowledge of and experience working in South Africa’s post-school educational training system, in particular with programmes that prepare new entrants for the job market and/or self-employment;
Proven track record in designing and implementing development-related systems, processes and programmes and generating solutions to multi-faceted problems through engagement with stakeholders and utilising relevant resources;
Excellent track record in facilitating project teams and work sessions and capacity building of groups in areas related to skills development, performance improvement, economic development, entrepreneurship and quality assurance; and
In-depth knowledge of and insight into the South Africa skills development framework and implementing systems, process and programmes in support of the developmental agenda of the Government.
